Area General Manager Marriott’s Mountainside & Summit Watch Resorts (Park City, Utah [1999-2002]): Drove all strategic and tactical aspects of this multi-site 620-key vacation ownership resort operation, including Financials, Customer Satisfaction, and Associate Relations for staff of 273; also headed Commercial Operations and Board relations, which encompassed 3 HOAs. Administered multi-site $11.3M operating budget; controlled expenses as well as improved operating fund balance and capital expenditure/reserve strategy, all while reducing subsidy requirement, benefitting developer’s overall project cost. Managed $1.5M ancillary budget.
