Daily Duties at Ginn Development Company:
Lead a management team of all operational responsibilities with included Front Office Operations, Housekeeping, Resort Service, Owner Rental Program and Retail Operations of 500-key Condo/Hotel lodging program at 2,300-acre, 2,000-unit master planned gated community 6 miles from Walt Disney World Resort. Responsibilities included P&L results and explore opportunities to implement cost saving initiatives, driving overall Owner and Customer quality of guest service and product, Managing the Owner Relations as well as the Rental program, developing and coaching a highly engaged workforce and maximizing Retail Operations overall sales and profits.
