Appointed : Regional General Manage responsible for the following. Provides Overall operational and strategic direction and leadership for four (4) business units or customer service center with P&L responsibility ( RDU/BWI/DCA/IAD) Revenue comprised of $60M and more than 500 hourly union employees 85 management and administration none union employees Servicing 33 International & domestic airlines customers presidential and diplomatic flights. Develop team roles and responsibilities to drive achievement of profit , customer, quality and employee performance goals Direct overall activities by providing strategic direction and leadership Assess present and future trends , problem and opportunities Develop and oversee the implementation of plans and policies Lead the implementation of company's business plan Review and appraise the result of the activities within each customer service center, coach appropriate corrective action Oversee the application of best practice Create objectives and goals to meet company vision strategic goals Coach and develop staff , act as a role model Ensure that all employee under my operational control comply with all customer , government , corporate policy and procedures (FDA, USDA, HACCP, Quality, OSHA and Custom Bonded) Daily interaction with customer and employee work group Responsible for 12 operation department Member of the steering team - North America region Measurements: Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Financial ~ KEBITDA Productivity Food cost (DOH) Days on hand inventory Other product costs Quality score (GQS) Frequency and severity of work accidents Retention 360 degree feedback People development/succession planning GPS- System/Performance Management Process Staff turn over rates
