• Liaised and managed telecom infrastructure design for a large territory • Field engineered, designed and drafted AT&T IT backbone and infrastructure projects • Mastered all Outside & Inside Plant (OSP/ISP) Functions • Coordinated cross-functional teams to provide deliverables on time • Drafted schematics of telecom facilities in MicroStation/AutoCAD • Designed 4G/LTE cell tower projects all over NC • Successfully designed make-ready work in many wire centers to deploy AT&T Uverse (IPTV product) • Laid out and designed Fiber To The Curb (FTTC) technology to commercial and residential businesses • Coordinated and managed facility cut-overs for minor to major projects • Thoroughly managed multiple databases (Project Management, Facility Assignments, Change Management, etc.), software programs (such as Oracle) and GUIs (Mapviewer, GIS, IMAPS) • Performed cost and P/L analysis on increasingly complex projects • Managed permitting, right-of-way encroachments and easement projects • Maintained relationships and projects between internal and external stakeholders • Scheduled and managed contract and telecom resources • Chartered and lead Employee Resource Group for 8 years • Referred and assisted in successful sale of a wide array of telecommunications services/products
