Responsible 24/7 of staff of 87; Acute Care Telemetry 39 bed Medical Unit. Team leadership and team staffing approach; mentor new graduates for 6 months; longest history for maintaining longevity of staff to the present. Youngest RN ever appointed by Director of Nurses, nine months post graduate. Responsible for budgeting and scheduling and teaching new procedures to staff. Presented unit to JCOH ,received high accommodations for care
