- Manage the Inventory Department, including performance reviews, staff training, plan & review projects & tasks, inventory analyzing & reporting. - Supervises key performance indicators to track adherence to planned objectives and identify areas for improvement - Experienced and experts with computerized forecasting, inventory management and planning systems such as SAP, WMS, GCS, Excel, JIS/JIT system - Plan & perform daily, monthly and quarterly physical inventories, variance investigations and find resolutions to reduce inventory shortages/overages - Maintain updates of material master, location master, ALC master, BOM & slow moving or obsolete inventories of both General Assembly & Engine parts using SAP/WMS/GCS. - Design and manage entire warehouse’s bin / rack / carton barcode labeling - Controls all bin, rack location replenishments including newly launching or balance out parts due to EO or model year changes. - Develop and execute new or improved operation processes and make changes in systems or layouts to increase efficiency and productivity - Provide frequent communications on efficiency or cost reduce related subjects. Encourage and act on ideas that can improve performance and productivity
