Trained the global technical assistance team in the diagnostic assay product launch of several diagnostic assays. Led the strategic technical product development team for the AxSym Digitoxin diagnostic assay. This entailed, collection of all information and test data for the 510k submission. Supervised technical personnel responsible for interpreting data collected from international clinical sites. Supported product development on multiple cardiac drugs assays by develping specifications and perfoming troubleshooting activities. Implemented quality audits of business teams. Lead team that performed biweekly quality audits. Investigated root cause for customer complaints within the cardiac business team. Completed formal write up of customer complaints. Conducted test method validations on AxSym Digitoxin assay and other assays. Daily activities Performed product release functions for quality organization. Manufacturing of reagents for diagnostic kits using aseptic processes. Performed Stability testing Wrote new testing procedures Performed R&D testing on for new product development.
