Daily Duties at Colgate Palmolive:
• Manage Analytical Chemistry and Microbiology Laboratories. Laboratories conducted celsis testing on product samples, performed identifications and general microbiology. Chemistry lab conducted triclosan testing by HPLC, general wet chemistry techniques. • Management representative for all audits. • Implement quality system at the Cambridge facility. • Provided onsite quality management to the Puerto Rico facility, update quality system to bring into FDA regulatory compliance after an FDA audit resulted in a voluntary shutdown of the facility. Managed 8 supervisors and 18 indirect employees for a 24/7 manufacturing laboratory. Lead team to implement new documents for manufactuing to meet FDA regulations. Ensured all employees were properly trained and training was documented.
