Daily Duties at Arrow International :

• Provide direction and interpretation of policies to all departments for compliance to the company quality system and government regulations. Facilitate corrective action and continuous improvement to enhance the effectiveness of the quality system. • Implement policies and procedures to comply with FDA QSRs, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001. • Areas of responsibility; Corrective and Preventative Action System (CAPA), Non-conformance System (NC), Microbiology, Sterilization (ETO), Chemistry, Incoming and in process inspection, Documentation, Calibration, Quality Engineering. •• Management representative for Asheboro facility for regulatory audits. • Florida Drug Pedigree Representative for the company. • Implemented CAPA, NC and internal audit programs. Responsible for product release. Reviewed and approval of all design changes to products. 8 direct reports and with additonal 40 indirect. Managed from SR supervisors, supervisors, quality engineers, quality specialists, chemists, microbiologists, inspectors. Managed team responsible for CAPAs, customer compaints, non conformances, microbiology, chemistry and incomming inspections.
