Entered invoice data into the LogicDIS ERP system daily. Performed cost allocation of expenses. Controlled daily food production data, reconciling it to the accounting system. Compiled manufacturing information for Bill of Material updates. Produced fixed asset depreciation calculations under Greek GAAP. Performed monthly reconciliations of supplier and customer balances with their general ledger numbers and between general ledgers, cost accounting ledgers and between cost purchases, sales ledgers and warehouse balances. Drove the entire actual costing calculation procedure, resulting in the actual cost of goods manufactured, cost of goods sold and the price by item code. Developed the gross profit analysis report. Collaborated with the Chief Accountant in producing required financial statements, including balance sheet, cash flows and P&L statements under the Greek GAAP.
