· Assist in setting up a start up company. · Design and create expression vectors for stable cell line creation. · Make and maintain stable cell lines for use in HTS assay development. · FACS Aria sorting and analysis. · Protein expression in bacteria and purification. · ELISA and Luciferase assays. · Western blots. · Take charge of ordering supplies for the company and other various duties as needed. · Readily contributed to new cell line ideas, experimental designs.
