• Provides nursing care in immediate postoperative/post anesthesia state of pediatric and adult populations. • Quickly recognize and correct emergent conditions. • Recognizes, prioritizes, quickly assesses, and responds to imminent postsurgical complications while maintaining calm professional demeanor. • Teaches and instructs on post-surgical discharge care on various surgical conditions • Provide written and verbal discharge and post surgical teaching.
