Daily Duties at Stahls Specialty Company:
-Led preventative and corrective maintenance team for one of the largest permanent mold aluminum foundries in North America. -Specific on-hands training in the installation, operations troubleshooting/repair and planned maintenance. Parts produced include large, complex, machined castings with parts ranging from 0.5 lbs up to 280 lbs. - “Safety First” approach ensured 13,000 production hours with Zero Injuries/Mishaps - CNC machine tool experience on Makino, Mori Seki, OKK, Hillard, and Huron - PLC controller experience with Allen-Bradley - Program language experience with Basic, FORTRAN, Machine and C
