Daily Duties at Cablemasters Corp:
Managed all aspects of off site work for rebuilds and upgrades. Oversaw all manpower needs, with over 100 technicians of various types at working location. Worked with local customer contacts such as plant managers or GM's from the planning stages to completion of contracted work. this included maintaining physical inventory, fleet needs, determining field personnel needs at various stages of the project. Perform Quality checks and inspections to ensure work was meeting company standards.
