Daily Duties at Dynalloy Inc:
I was hired as a manufacturing engineer to transition newly designed products into production. After I was hired I was given the title of Production Manager and given 2 mechanical engineers to finish design of conceptual products and transition them into production. I received input from sales, and transitioned work on projects as the priorities changed from sales. I re-allocated engineering resources based upon the weekly prioritization. We developed, tested, packed and shipped prototypes to customers. I also participated in conference calls with customers so we could communicate with respect to their field test results, and make the necessary product adjustments.
