• Manage revenue cycle, budget, patient and insurance reimbursements. • Data analysis: review of monthly finance reports and revenue cycle. • Ensure compliance of operational functions related to State and Federal laws. • Claims analysis: Auditing insurance company’s payments to identify improper reimbursement and develop a plan to resolve issues. • PQRS chart review and reporting. • CAQH database management. • File and resolve grievance issues with regulatory agencies as well as clients and insurance companies. • Work direct with insurance companies to resolve issues related to claims, contracting or compliance matters. • Create work models to implement quality care to our patients and clients while maintaining a strong revenue cycle. • Manage and train staff on patient intake, billing, account receivables, collections, ICD-9, CPT and HCPS coding, insurance standards and compliance • State and private Insurance billing. • Provider contracting. • Assist Director with overall operations management.
