Daily Duties at Ucit Systems And Operations Data Center:
Maintained all off-site tape storage with Iron Mountain using the StorageTEK - SL8500. Documented all Fiber Optic cable runs that had been installed over the last five years. This was in preparation of a major new equipment installation. Was highly involved in the planning and execution phases of the installing. Performed excess equipment inventories. Installed FO patch panels that I ordered from the vendor; this included running and documenting new FO cables.
