Provide overall strategic and tactical supervision of all facets of the company; in conjunction with the Board of Directors establish short and long-term goals and objectives; create and manage staff and infrastructure to attain goals; act as primary liaison between our company, the Board, shareholders, clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
