Daily Duties at United States Air Force:
Adjust training style to adapt to a diverse learning audience. Instruct the core values of the United States Air Force and the preferred leadership style to airman that are transitioning to non-commissioned officers. Ensure that all future non-commissioned officers leave Airman Leadership School fully mission capable mentally and physically. Coach a pipeline of future leaders in conflict resolution, harassment, empowerment and standards implementation and provide all of the guidance and tooling they will need to ensure success for themselves and their unit.
