Daily Duties at Atlantic Southeast Airlines:

Provide alternate training solutions to the Director of Training to ensure workforce flexibility and capability. Monitor maintenance vendor program to maintain training compliance with company and federal regulations for the contract maintenance provider program. Track mandated training programs to ensure proper delivery and control due dates. Assist the Director of Training in performance management and policy design. Design and implement competency models and conduct needs analyses to create a foundation for and ensure consistent execution of the learning and talent development process. Deploy blended learning strategies of traditional learning with web based CBT and LMS modules. Assist the Director of Human Resources in performance management and policy design. Develops staffing strategy in collaboration with the hiring manager; manages the hiring process. Assist HR in developing new talent and aligning new talent with operational objectives. Actively obtain vendors to conduct in-house training to the maintenance department on specific equipment. Act as a change leader for organizational strategies, understands and supports appropriate change and transition strategies to support transformational change aligned with the culture and mission.
