Daily Duties at Sky King Airlines:
Executive responsibility for global training and development for an international ad-hoc charter airline. Lead learning and development team to organizational goals and strategic vision by aligning training with human resources to effectively establish coaching needs and close competency gaps. Work closely with Senior Executive leadership team to ensure deployment and strategic direction of organizational Human Resources initiatives to all levels of the labor force to maximize return of investment on talent. Experience in recruiting, training, retention and terminating. Maintain a high level of industry knowledge to seek out salary and benefits benchmarks and make comparison surveys to match industry trends. Design, develop and deploy CBT and instructor-led training. Complete a needs analysis to find solutions to anticipated workforce leadership issues and work to ensure future success. Work closely with Senior Executive leadership team to ensure deployment of coaching resources to all levels of the labor force to maximize learning and build the talent pipeline. Maintain a high level of industry knowledge to seek out training benchmarks and keep the development team abreast of industry changes to maximize the delivery of developmental solutions. Constantly performing maintenance to training program to ensure up-to-date content. Monitor budget and provide process improvement solutions to reduce operational costs. Provide leadership coaching consistent with the organization’s core values.
