I functioned as Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Black Belt, Strategic Planning Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Performance Excellence Trainer for an 11K employee organization. Worked with C-level executives of multi-billion dollar programs to initiate and execute lean and six-sigma structured improvement activities (SIA) and workshops for a multi-billion dollar multi-program portfolio.
