-Part of a management team tasked to lead and direct a high-profile, fixed-price, USACE dam remediation heavy construction project with an operating budget of $106+ million dollars with over 150 professional and construction personnel as well as multiple subcontractors performing engineering, earthworks, heavy drilling, concrete, electrical, paving, trucking, waste management, QC, safety, and other field operations. ␣ Duties included subcontractor liaison and interface, subcontract negotiations and management, invoice review and approval, quality and safety, site management, submittals management, USACE client interface and liaison, executive Bauer management accountability, project operations interface, cost tracking and reporting, project progress status reporting, etc. ␣ Responsible for performance, schedule, and small business subcontracting commitments to USACE executive management.
