Oversaw divisional IT department to include prioritizing help tickets, personnel and general resources; direct oversight of infrastructure to maintain integrity and up-time during high-stress/high-stakes bidding process; oversaw divisional, jobsite, and corporate services divisional IT budgets; identified and led various IT initiatives; identified the unique IT infrastructure challenges of both office and jobsite and adjusted accordingly; communicated both written and oral information on local, jobsite, and divisional levels to include presentations to executive officers; managed personnel including periodic reviews, assignments, training, career planning; inventory management of both hardware and software; maintenance of Lotus Notes legacy system; off-hours/emergency POC.
