Daily Duties at Jenny Craig International:

Leader, mentor, and trainer. Responsible for recruiting, and hiring for the Sacramento Market. Conducted New Hire Trainings for Sales and Consultant positions for all of Northern California as needed and was accountable for the performance of those employees. Effectively communicated strategy, vision and realistic goals to the team as well as handled other responsibilities including payroll, employee challenges, and client complaints.
