Daily Duties at Amazon.Com:

Report to the Southeast Regional Procurement. Responsible for purchasing all aspect of purchasing and procurement for the all south Carolina locations, which include CAE (Columbia SC), GSP (Spartanburg SC) and CHS (Charleston SC) with a yearly expenditure of over $10 million. Responsible for purchasing all corrugate, packing material, glue, labels and all associated packing supplies. Responsible for MRO, janitorial Supplies, office Supplies and Facilities equipment. Responsible for all contract negations across all buildings. Responsible for all Capital purchasing to include cost analysis and approval. Responsible for inventory control to include cycle counting and reporting. Responsible for 22 employees and a department budget of over $1.3 million. Responsible for invoice reconciliation and payments to vendors. Responsible for fostering positive relationships between Amazon and its vendors
