• Directed development of product claims and substantiation strategies for all Clorox brands, utilizing consumer market research and technical data to influence product positioning to be both compelling to consumers and compliant with legal and regulatory standards • Developed communication and compliant usage copy for EPA registered disinfecting products • Co-developed with Sales the Customer Innovation Program to build relationships with Customers as the technical liaison/consultant spanning the entire Clorox portfolio- • Participated in developing clinical study parameters for use and benefits of disinfecting products in environments such as gyms, day care centers, fire stations, and hospitals.
