Daily Duties at K&L Gates:
Held responsibility for providing leadership across firm-wide HR service and delivery platform, specifically executing strategy supporting overall business objectives of global organization related, but not limited to, succession planning, talent management, recruiting, benefits, HRIS, HR operations, change management, performance management, training and development compensation, employee relations, and communications. Provided strategic leadership by using rich and relevant global analytical metrics to articulate Human Resources and Legal Personnel needs and objectives to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and firm management.
