• Management of a Top 5 Pharma account that generates multi-million in revenue • Implement and oversee the service delivery of domestic and global IT and business support service desks and hardware operations • Develop account plans that align resources and capabilities with corporate strategy to provide high value services • Strategize with clients to design and architect service solutions to meet their unique business needs, and responsible for implementing and managing these solutions • Manage total cost of ownership by implementing innovative solutions to drive cost down by 20% • Consistently meet all SLA and OLAs (30 per month) at incentive levels while maintaining Customer Satisfaction over 98% through monthly surveys • Global management of resources in remote locations by leading efforts to drive increased customer satisfaction and overcome cultural differences
