Project Manager for Quick Response Capability (QRC) system developments, procurements, and implementations supporting the Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) of the US Army Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC). Manage multiple projects through all aspects of the systems acquisition process from Material Solution Analysis through Operations and Support. Develop and implement contract/subcontract documentation including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Sole Source Justifications (SSJs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), and subcontractor evaluations. Develop and manage the Integrated Master Schedule for the CACI, Glen Burnie Office.
