I was recruited to develop the Central and Western New York markets as part of an organizational expansion. I managed two inside sales representatives and three warehouse clerks. There was a strong focus on enforcing company policies including Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHS&E) ,Drug and Alcohol, and Standard Operating Procedures.
