Daily Duties at Immunoe Health Centers:

Provide management and oversight of operations for 2 out of 3 clinic locations and staff including 9 providers, 10 medical assistants and front desk staff. (Laid off due to financial reasons) -Plans, directs, or coordinates the operations of the 2 North clinics unifying all aspects of the organization. -Analyze and evaluate financial reports to effectively track provider production, payer mix reimbursements and overall financial health of the organization. -Participates in budgetary meeting for all three clinics as well as organization as a whole, implemented changes based on budget and financial forecasting. -Manages continuing quality improvements, continuing education on proper procedure and more efficient methods of administrative duties. -Assists in development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) including hiring procedures, front desk procedures and employee evaluation procedure. -Utilizes advanced interpersonal skills and exceptional communication abilities with management, providers and staff. -Acting liaison/contact point for outside venders such as marketing companies, business consultants, architect and building firms, IT companies, financial firms and other medical partnerships. -Ensures that all new employees including providers are correctly credentialed, including completed paperwork, CME’s, board certifications, COPIC, Medicare/Medicaid, managed care contracting. -Participates in meetings and conference calls where decisions for the practice are made. -Ensures customer service and maintain patient relationships, staying aware of the patient populations and the current research. -Facilitates staff and team unity through effective communication, creative problem solving and unbiased conflict resolution.
