• Managed all configuration issues with new clients including software installation and testing, network settings, domain registration and management • Linux system administration • MySQL database management and support • Accuracy and time constraints at the highest priority • Daily client support with proprietary software and UI • Automation, documentation of various processes to improve overall system performance • Researched and implemented helpdesk/ticketing software for customer support • Researched and implemented VoIP system for remote communications
