Daily Duties at Worldnet International :
Managed and assigned jobs to Customer Service as well as Track and Trace Dept staff of 12 - 15 individuals working 100+ shipments per day ) . Managed and arranged shipments for key accounts that migrated with me from previous employers . Assisted in training and wrote materials for training of new employees . Handled customer issues and escalated to upper management when necessary . Reviewed staff and made recomendations for salary increases . Reviewed jobs for accuracey and to ensure that all documentation was provided prior to execution . Assisted clients and trained staff in the preparation of Carnets , registering for shipments with customs for the return to the US , insuring high vallue shipments , creating SED's and Certificates of Origin . Monitored e-mails from the staff to clients to ensure that price quotes were correct as well as proper e-mail etiquette was followed . Worked with import dept to ensire that all inbouond shipments were properly handled for our clients .
