Daily Duties at International Bonded Courier :
Reviewed all shipments that were currntly active on a daily basis 60-100 special project shipments per day . Advised staff members ( staff of 6-10 individuals ) how to proceed on ceratin aspects of the shipments that they were working on . Assigned specific jobs to specific individuals as they came in either via phone or e-mail . Reviewed all completed jobs for accuracy on billing information as well as routing , verified that agent and airline charges were eneterd into the system for accounts , coded the files based on destination and had all completed jobs filed . Trained staff and wrote detailed instructions for various aspects of special service duties ( how to book shipments on line , how to file a SED , how to insure a shipment , etc ... )
