Daily Duties at Bank Of America/Merrill Lynch:
Advise/consult high net worth advisors and teams in the areas of business management, business development, financial planning, investment management, financing, relationship management and service/administration. Implement team formation and development. Increase productivity, capacity, pricing, efficiencies and over all well being of team members. Analyze financial advisor, determine the financial impact, team structure, business planning and industry pricing benchmarking. At the conclusion of the analysis, then move into implementation phase, utilizing the proven methods, systems, technology and incentives to enable financial advisors and their teams to accelerate the growth of their practice. Managed my assistant and furthered her development. As part of senior management leadership team, engaged all divisions to deepen relationships with all clients.
