Daily Duties at Way Back Inn:

I was responsible for the development of new policies and procedures utilizing best practice models. Developing 5 year strategic plan with measurable goals and objectives. I also developed electronic outcome measurement systems utilizing standardized assessment tools. These outcome measure collected, post, mid term, and discharge status data tracking clients progression throughout the treatment process..The data provided our agency with quantitative evidence of our programs effectiveness and credibility.The data also pleased our funding sources. I reduced client impasses by purchasing facilities that were near public transportation in increase access to care for our client base. We also placed these location where entry level jobs were available. We then partnered with these local business to hire our clients.I was responsible for hiring and firing of staff members. I would then report to board of directors the outcome data and created board sub-committees to improve our programming and and agency needs. The main responsibility was to increase treatment availability to the public while maintaining the effectiveness of our program within the context of our mission statement.
