Serves as senior management and chief legal officer reporting to the College's President, providing legal advice and counsel to the college's president, board of trustees, senior administrators, and other members of the college community, in areas ranging from policy and governance, pending and potential litigation, risk assessment, corporate and tax matters, real property and commercial transactions, insurance, intellectual property, compliance, contracts, and all related legal matters as they may affect the college's operations or relationships between the college and internal and external parties.
