Executive accountant and managing member. •Manage accounting needs for business and individual clients •Contract Chief Financial Officer/Controller for businesses simultaneously •Successful contract negotiations – governmental and grant •Develop and maintain contract compliance and budgets •Manage business tax positions for corporations and partnerships •Prepare financial statements with footnotes (GAAP) for businesses on a monthly/quarterly basis •Train, manage, and hire accounting staff for self and client businesses •Integrated software systems between industry specific programs and accounting systems •Human resource advising – hiring, skill validation, training, and outsourcing for small businesses •Aid Community Energy Coordinator with preparing requisitions and disbursing funds •Maintain grant compliance records •Davis Bacon Wage and Buy American compliance documentation •Financial reporting on budgets to board for grant accounting by grant •Original Core Team Member of ARRA funded water project •Create and maintain compliance program for Buy American and Davis Bacon •Project accounting, internal audit, single audit documentation •Develop internal control program to satisfy OMB Circular A-133 standards •Prepare financial reports for Owner Representative to use for board presentation •Prepare requisitions with documentation sent to CDPHE •Project representation quarterly status meetings •Aid organizations in preparing business plans for global and national presentations •Prepare pro-forma financial projections, financial statements, accounting, and tax returns •Financial management and analysis of proposals, strategic planning •Negotiate contacts for proof of concept testing, letters of engagement •Human Resource – board and staff verification and skill validation, background checks •Board Member governance responsibilities
