• Escalated (Level II) Support for file transfer, transcoding and livestreaming broadcast platforms • Relocation and Rebuild of West Coast Media Operations infrastructure -including design, documentation, installation, configuration of systems • Organization and verification of maintenance schedule for WC Media Operations • Disaster Recovery documentation for major job groups • Managed client configuration for multiple delivery systems through completion • Engineering Support team for critical file delivery during Olympic Games • Traceroute and Network performance testing of mCloud, new internal routing configuration • Infrastructure outage resolution • Monthly on call rotation for off-hours support
