Daily Duties at Bank Of America:

Managed business development activities for 11 branches, coordinated staff training, and developed strategic marketing plans to retain existing customer base while aggressively developing prospects. Targeted business accounts valued at $10+ million, and conducted presentations on services ranging from treasury and direct deposit to auto leasing, commercial lending and other financial services. Provided business management consulting and retirement planning support, Securities, utilizing expertise in commercial real estate financing, SBA, SBA7a, and consumer real estate financing. Manage the entire lending process cycle right from Lead Generation, Credit appraisal which include credit / risk rating of the borrower on the basis of business & financial analysis, due diligence and site visits. Presenting the case to sanctioning unit, resolve their queries and obtain sanction. Follow up with clients for on time submission of financials and related documents, getting proposals approved/Renewed, Documentation & Disbursal of facilities
