Daily Duties at 7 Eleven, Inc.:

• Sourced and negotiated vendor contracts. Monitored all vendor maintenance performance to contracts and capital projects for a specified geographic area(over 1m square ft). • Responsible for 7-Eleven, Inc.’s assets within the specified geography including but not limited to life extensions and planned replacements. • Utilized Project Management best practices to develop store specific capital replacement and remodel recommendations. • Ensured all 7-Eleven, Inc. equipment, property, and physical plant were in compliance with governmental regulations. Operations Manager—Asset Quality Improvement Program • Coordinated a national store remodel rollout for 263 stores(800,000 square ft) in the New England region. Worked in partnership with the construction and facility departments to minimize disruptions to store operations. • Advised stores, field consultants/district managers, market managers, and division vice president of the remodel status and made operational layout change recommendations as needed. District Manager / Field Consultant • Responsible for all point-of-purchase (POP) materials and gasoline operations for 83 stores generating over $160M/year; analyzed financial/accounting information to ensure accurate reporting and made recommendations. • Ensured that corporate strategic plan was effectively implemented at all district stores; developed financial projections and budgets, developed/implemented store goals, monitored/assessed ongoing store operations, and monitored store image issues in promoting customer service excellence. • Monitored and reacted to the changing needs of the customer that constantly dictated changes to product mix. • Promoted brand image and 7-Eleven as a good neighbor in the community. • Assisted corporate management in selecting new franchisees and recruited/selected, trained, mentored and coached store managers, franchisees and sales associates. Created incentive plans for management and sales associates to achieve desired company goals.
