Recruited to oversee project life-cycle from sale to installation for a start-up corporation specializing in renewable energy applications with a strong emphasis on solar energy for educational institutions. Proactively manage risks, budgets, and scope throughout the project life-cycle, serving as the project liaison to organizational leadership, project teams, and contractors/vendors. Direct the strategic planning process for the project by facilitating contract negotiations, developing business requirements, managing third-party relationships, and overseeing all testing and analysis throughout the development phase.
