Daily Duties at Carr Lane Manufacturing:
Answer users’ phone calls and emails to identify problems, troubleshoot network and equipment problems and maintain LAN performance and workstations. Maintain database of inventory of workstations and associated equipment and assist in research and purchase of hardware and software. Provide tech- nical advice and assistance to users concerning data communication equipment and data transmission. Oversee electronic e-mail system. Research and evaluate new technologies and attend training sessions and seminars to further my knowledge.
