Daily Duties at Monster Worldwide:
Split into two roles. from 10/2004 - 6/2007 and 2/2008 - 2/2012 worked as a region a sales manager managing 10 - 14 telesales professionals. Trained and coached team members daily. Very hands on in their sales, not afraid to get on the phone with a prospect. The second role I had was from 6/2007 - 2/2008 taking on a project of moving to India for 7 months in order to staff up and ramp an outbound sales center calling on US business.
