Train store associates in areas of merchandise protection, information security, theft, safety and customer service. Conduct store visits to ensure compliance of company procedures, safety, staffing, operational controls. Conduct investigations of internal / external theft, procedure violations and business ethics. Coordinate / Develop security plans for store openings and events. Review CCTV and Alarm Systems making recommendations for improvement as needed. Reviewed CCTV for possible theft incidents. Conducted interviews of associates suspected of theft or procedure violations. Supervised loss prevention staffs in 5 stores working with store manager. This included the new flagship store in Manhattan
