Responsible for the monthly financial reporting package, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and other schedules incorporated in the Company’s monthly financial reporting package for the Board of Directors. Responsible for treasury management. Responsible for all bank covenants and financial modeling of future covenants. Develop budget model and other financial models. Work with COO in successfully refinancing revolver of subordinate debt. Responsible for internal and external financial audits including due diligence audit for debt refinancing. Responsible for year-end and bi-annual bank audits. Review in bound and out bound freight expenses monthly for accuracy. Responsible for gross profit analysis on a divisional and total company level.
