Responsible for the growth of credit and origination business. Created and maintained mortgage pricing models that allowed for optimal pricing return and overall profitable targets. Developed criteria for obtaining data, analyzing critical data trends, and presented to executive leadership on both a consistent and ad-hoc basis. Collaborate with Finance, Risk and Independent Risk, Legal and departmental groups to analyze repurchase risk and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Managed cost, schedules and contractual deliverables. Provided business metrics including ad-hoc and cyclical requests through the use of SAP.
