Daily Duties at University Of San Diego:

I was a reporter for USD TV and wrote, shot, and edited all my stories. My Internship was in Property Management for a twin tower high rise on Front Street with the Renaissance Owners Association. I performed and shared every responsibility with the Property Manager; Checking every floors hallways for any scratch, nick, and cranny that need attention, and letting people know that the $40,000 dollar wood floor someone put in was without corking and not sound proof and they had to rip it out; situations that were sometimes very tense. Property Manager and I completely redesigned the underground parking structure for safe and easier vehicle traffic.

What they like about University Of San Diego:

Working in an organization that is technologically advanced, creative, and innovative is critical in your assessment of hiring companies. Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
