Daily Duties at Qbe Insurance Company:
I was recruited for this position because the projects around centralized reporting had been moving too slowly without Project Management oversight. I was accountable to deliver the projects on time and on budget. This included gathering requirements, developing testing plans with the clients, getting appropriate resources assigned, reporting at weekly meetings to the key stake holders and monthly to the Project Management Office to keep the Executive Leadership up to date. I was part of the project leadership team that completed design reviews on the data model, the user interface and the corporate reports to make sure the business received the data accurately and in a manner they could easily use for the analysis. I was charged with taking the smaller model of 3 of the companies being integrated to develop a business case and high level project plan for the integration of all US corporations.
